Simple reporting
The Business Card program delivers all the key features you’ve come to expect
from Imperial Oil – for control, savings and convenience. Business Card tells
you when, where, and how much was purchased on your Cards, plus it gives you
an assigned Driver ID, detailed statements, discounts based on volume, product
restrictions, and totals by Card or by vehicle. It’s a simple method of
managing your business expenses that’s incredibly easy to use – and ideal for
smaller fleets.
Choice of product restricted cards
With Business Card, you can choose what your Cards are used for so that
certain items, such as convenience products, can or cannot be purchased. This
reduces the possibility of misuse, while enforcing accountability and making
it easier for you to manage costs.
Product restrictions are
available by card type:
1. No Restrictions Card
• Cardholder may purchase any type of product and service
2. Restricted Card
• Cardholder may only purchase any type of fuel, motor oil, top-up fluids and
car washes
Note: Any type of identification you choose – such as unit numbers, names and
plate numbers – may be printed on each Card.
