TigerPro
TigerPro reports give you the information you need to monitor drivers or vehicles, as well as costs.
Basic reporting The TigerPro program gives you great features, with even more detailed reporting. As well as telling you when, where and how much was purchased on your Cards, you are also given an assigned Driver ID,information on what was purchased, any discounts that you are entitled to, plus a year-to-date summary of your transactions. What’s more, instead of knowing just the date an item was purchased, you’ll know the exact time of day it was purchased. With TigerPro, you also get fleet activity and customer summary reports, as well as your fleet statement.
Optional features With the basic reporting features TigerPro provides, you and your business can also take advantage of:
- Separate activity reports for each division, department, or cost centre
- Weekly billing
- Electronic reporting of billed transactions
Choice of product restricted cards With Esso Fleet Cards, you can choose what your Cards are used for so that certain items, such as convenience products, can or cannot be purchased. This reduces the possibility of misuse, while enforcing accountability and making it easier for you to manage costs. Product restrictions are available by card type:
1. No Restrictions Card
- Cardholder may purchase any type of product and service
2. Restricted Card
- Cardholder may only purchase any type of fuel, motor oil, top-up fluids and car washes
Note: Any type of identification you choose – such as unit numbers, names and plate numbers – may be printed on each Card.
