Q: How long does the
enrollment process take? A: The enrollment process will take a
maximum of 5 days.
Q: Will I still receive paper invoice(s)/statement(s) or reports?
A: No, with the exception of TigerPro Plus enhanced reporting.
Q: What if my PC does not have the minimum technical requirements?
A: When enrolling for e-Invoice Manager*, your software is validated. If it
does not meet the minimum computing requirements, you will be presented with a
link to download software for the appropriate version of Internet Explorer.

Q: Is there a restriction to the number of users I can register to use
e-Invoice Manager? A: No, there is no restriction to the number of
users.
Q: Are the different levels of access or authority levels? A:
Yes, your company must assign a ‘web contact’ --– who will have authority to
grant access to users with the following levels: ‘view’, ‘endorse’ and
‘approve’.
Q: What type of file is created when using the download function in
e-Invoice Manager? A: All download requests create an MS Excel
file.
