At Imperial, we focus our corporate giving in four key areas: education; the environment; civic and community initiatives; and support for our employees and annuitants in their volunteer efforts with charitable and non-profit organizations.

Building strong, healthy communities through a broad range of projects
We address civic and community needs where we have a significant employee presence or business interest and where funding is needed. Grants are made to programs in the fields of community activities, health, social services and civic causes, as well as to issues of interest to our company.
Supporting our employees and annuitants who get involved
We encourage, recognize and support the volunteer efforts of our employees, annuitants and other eligible participants in contributing their time and talents to charitable and non-profit organizations by providing contributions on their behalf.
